The Berserk Official Guidebook is the guidebook for the Berserk series by Kentarou Miura. It was released by Hakusensha on September 23, 2016, and by Dark Horse Comics on September 19, 2018, containing information about the characters, settings, and Berserk universe as a whole, as well as an interview with Miura himself.

The statistical character information (e.g., heights, weights, ages) in the guidebook has been negatively received by a significant amount of the Berserk fandom, and deemed highly questionable in its veracity and thus unreliable. A common perception is that while Miura may be listed as the author of the guidebook for marketing purposes, he had little involvement in the creation of the guidebook's core content, particularly the chosen character statistics. It has neither been outright confirmed nor denied that Miura was intimately involved in the creation of the guidebook's core content.
