Template:Manga Episode Infobox Sea God (2) (海神② Kaijin 2?) is the 320th episode of the Berserk manga series, written and illustrated by Kentaro Miura.

Summary

Guts approaches the Sea God using the sea slugs as stepping stones and fending off attacks from tentacles. Eventually, Guts is able to leap directly into the Sea God's mouth, and its teeth close behind him. A stunned Bonebeard assumes that he's won the battle and orders both his ship and the sea slugs to exit the cave, where they plan to attack the Sea Horse.

The contents of the Sea God's stomach.

A valve in the Sea God's throat opens up, ejecting Guts into the Sea God's stomach. Inside the cavernous stomach, Guts finds dozens of destroyed and swallowed ships. He and Schierke suddenly hear what Schierke assumes to be cannon fire, but Guts reveals that it's the sound of the Sea God's heartbeat. They designate the heart as their target, and Schierke locates it through sensing its od - the heart is located just outside the stomach, above their heads.

While Guts attempts to determine how best to get through the ceiling of the Sea God's stomach, Schierke points out that large pores have begun to spew stomach acids. Inspiration strikes Guts as he realizes that he can stand on one of the destroyed ships and let the stomach acid carry him to the ceiling. Guts moves to better position himself under the ceiling, climbing onto an overturned ship. However, giant roach-like parasites are also climbing onto the ship to escape the stomach acids, and Guts is forced to fight them off.

Outside the cave, one of Roderick's crew spots the Captain Bonebeard and the sea slugs in the distance. Trusting in the defenses Farnese has erected around the Sea Horse, Roderick orders that his ship's cannons be fired at the enemies. They hardly inflict any damage against the soft-skinned sea slugs, but the volleys continue.
