"Sparks" (火花 Hibana?) is the twentieth episode of the Berserk 1997 anime adaptation. The episode covers episode 41 and episode 42 with elements of episode 48 from the manga.

A year has passed and Guts is living with Godot, a swordsmith, and his granddaughter Erica. Guts learns that the Band of the Falcon, now with Casca as the captain, are wanted outlaws. Guts goes out to seek them and finds his former band battling mercenaries.
